Spare Room Available in Cosy Townhouse in Cardigan

Spare room available in my 3-story townhouse in Cardigan centre (just off the high street). It’s a cosy, quirky little home with lots of character and it feels really welcoming.
Your room: Currently furnished, but I’m happy to move some furniture out if you have your own.
Shared spaces: Kitchen, living area, and bathroom are all well equipped, clean and cared for. Enough space to cook, relax, hang out etc.
About me: I enjoy chatting and sharing a cup of tea, but I also respect your space if you want some quiet time. I like running, practicing yoga and also the occasional glass of wine. Often in bed early and up early too. I have a small lovely dog, Mefus who is a cavapoochon so doesn’t shed hair or leave mess.
The house is in great location, less than a 1 minute walk to the main bars and shops but not too noisy.
