Flat share in town centre

First floor flat located in the town centre of Cardigan. Single or Double bedroom available with shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Full amenities provided including broadband internet access. Previous flatmate leaving for university so I am looking for a new individual to enter into a flatshare agreement. I am a mature, easy going part-time local chef looking for a similarly natured individual. Housing benefit claiments are welcome but having at least part-time work or good references would be desirable in this case.
