A fully equipped, self-contained studio flat, a perfect base for someone who works in the local area and returns home at weekends.

The apartment comprises a large studio room (king size bed, lounger chair and foot rest, TV, drawer unit, built in wardrobe and shelving unit), small en-suite bathroom, compact fully-equipped kitchen, and small conservatory which doubles as a living room with sofa, dining table and chairs. Access to shared washing machine and tumble drier is also offered and there is secure off road parking. WiFi included. Only a few minutes from Carmarthen by car.

The flat adjoins our house but has its own front door and is very private. Our home and garden provide a rural tranquil escape with wonderful views across the river to Carmarthen.

Other things to note: We also let the next-door studio flat and a log cabin for holiday makers . There is plenty of secure parking available onsite for all guests. We have a cat and occasional other feline visitors from nearby properties.
