Double room to let with in a 3 bed semi-detached house in a quiet location.

Preference would be a Nurse/Dr, night shift worker, hospilat worker at Glangwili hospital, short term welcomed.

Parking available on the drive or in front of the house, very quiet cul de sac.

I live there full time. There is a room i occasionally rent out to a 2nd person but atm i have no plans to do this.

25min walk into town with local co-op, chip shop/chinese just down own the road. 2.7miles to Glangwili/West Wales General hospital.
Buses are available to get to Glangwili hospital from the very close bus stops via Blue Street Bus Station for day shift workers.

I work full time, near Narberth, Mon - Fri 8.15am- 5pm, weekends off.

Would suit a professional respectful person, working full time and someone who fits in with my lifestyle.

Deposit not required for short term tenants but rent is required to be paid prior to the 1st nights stay.
