A loft room

A loft room available. With one single bed, dining table and chairs. armchair, kitchen area, small cooker, fridge, sink and shelves, chest of drawers, two roomy cupboards. There is no washing machine, but there is a laundrette just a fifteen minute walkaway.
The room is on the top floor with a bathroom and toilet next door. The bathroom is not used by the other tenant/landlady so the bathroom is only shared when the landlady has visitors, therefore the top floor is normally totally private.
It's roughly eight minutes walk to the town centre but there is a grocers at the top of the road just a three minute walk away.
Cost £300 per calendar month to be paid by direct debit.
The house is over 200 years old and the loft room overlooks a disused cottage next door and a garden. It faces North East so it catches the early morning sun.
It is very quiet as the room is to the back of the house and would therefor be ideal for a student who needs quiet in which to study.
