A room has become available in a terraced house in the centre of town, within walking distance of the new St. Catherine's Walk shopping centre and Trinity St. David's University Campus.
The room is a double room, fully furnished, with plenty of storage space.
All bills are included in the monthly rent, including Sky TV subscription and wireless internet connection.
A parking permit for on-street parking is also provided.
The landlord is a live-in landlord and will be on hand if any problems should arise.
They are a health professional in the local Hospital in Glangwili, and work occasional night shifts. Would be open to car-share to and from work.
