Double room to rent in house in Carmarthen

There is a spare double room to rent out in the house I rent a room in.

The room is a double, with large window for natural light, and an in built wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers.

It is within a ten minute walk to town and within good walking, cycling or driving distance to the university and hospital.

.The house has all the necessities like broadband, tv, living room, washing line, garden, bathroom (shower over bath), parking, washing machine.

Rent includes all bills, including broadband, tv license, gas/electric which is based on reasonable consumption, we can discuss this if you don’t understand.

Short and long lets considered.
I am happy to socialise abit but I like my own space too. I’m mid 30’s. Rather live with females but males considered.
It’s worth a viewing.
