Hey there,

i am moving out of the UK because of my job, so i am giving up my room in this house.

You are looking at a larg double room, fully furnished from me. This is the biggest and i think nicest one in the house. We have two more spare rooms whitch could be rented out as well (but a lot smaller and unfurnished, same amount rent)

Big living room, small garden in the back, 5 bed rooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with bath and shower.

The house is very central located, 30 second walk to Lama street, 1 minute to the Town Market Hall. The house has a lot of potential to make something out of it. We got a new washingmachine and electro kitchen stove. It is a old house, but very warm.

Brodband availeble, monthly cost is 21 pound, splitted by how many people live here.
