Great room in quite home

Cilgerran is 3 miles from Cardigan. Great little village. Located on Church St. Shared living room, internet, log burner, central heating, king size bed. I work 4 days on and 4 off. I start at 3am generally home by 5pm. So I need to be considerate in the mornings and you'd have to be in the evening. We can discuss. Would prefer a female. It's a great place, just needs mutual respect, ability to clean up after yourself, a decent, kind and considerate individual. It's definitely worth looking at a chat before deciding. All bills split 50/50. Room looks bare but will provide furniture you need. Must be easy going, wouldn't suit a party animal too be honest. Let's discuss.
