Great room in quite home

Decent size, semi furnished room in comfortable home. Would prefer a working professional female. Shared bills 50/50 - everything equally split, making this a very economical option. I start work very early so go to bed early on a rolling rotation, if you can cope with a quite home in the evenings this could be a great choice. Suggest you call first and we have a good chat. All the usual amenities including log burner. If you have a sense of humour and have a fair understanding of mutual respect then you may have found a long term home.
