Hi there. I have available a double bedroom in a small cosy two bedroom cottage in the village of Felin Fach, 6 miles from Lampeter.
The cottage has recently been refurbished throughout in 2016 and has a lounge, kitchen and conservatory. Outside there is a small secluded garden which is an ideal sun trap.
I split my time between West Wales and the West Midlands so it is imperative I find the right person to occupy my property as I am away for a lot of the time.
The village is on the main direct bus route between Aberystwyth and Carmarthen, serving both Lampeter and Aberystwyth universities. The village is one of only a handful in West Wales that still has the amenities required to support a local community, namely post office, garage and petrol station, church and community hall, primary school and several shops. There are also two pubs with a five minute walking distance.
Rent £100 per week payable monthly in advance with £500 deposit.
