Lovely room in very clean and tidy rural house

Lovely spacious double room with it's own study/chill out area. Amazing views across the Preselis.

There are two bathrooms in the property as well as an ample kitchen diner and cosy living room, there is no TV in the living room but you are welcome to have one in your bedroom.

I'd like to grow vegetables on the land and get some chickens eventually. Big garden with amazing views.

Ample garage for storage.

I am an outdoor swimmer and fitness/wellbeing coach and work in social business development. I work with people all day and so like to keep to myself when I get home in the evenings.

You need to have similar interests and be working full time or at least active in the day.

You should be very clean and tidy.

There is a train station you can cycle to but you would need your own car as the house is quite remote.

Ideally looking for someone who is active and likes to go away some weekends as I am the same.

Initially a 1-3 month agreement but could be extended.
