Lovely spacious double room with its own study/chill out/lounge area. Amazing views across the Preselis. There is also the possibility of the choice a room with its own entrance if everything goes to plan. I am only looking to rent out one or other of the rooms - unless one is used for working from home etc.
There are two bathrooms in the property as well as an ample kitchen diner.
I'd like to grow vegetables on the land and get some chickens eventually so someone who has experience of this would be most welcome. Big garden with amazing views. I need someone who is a keen gardener and can help with upkeep. There is also the option for you to have your own private garden space.
Ample garage for storage.
Wood Fired hot tub and home gym are also available when not in use.
I am an outdoor swimmer and fitness/wellbeing coach and work in social business development. I work with people all day and so like to keep to myself when I get home in the evenings.
I will most likely be travelling extensively from Easter.
You need to have similar interests and be working full time or at least active in the day. Would also suit someone who is semi retired or self employed or a therapist/artist. (There could be a studio made available for rent).
You should be very clean and tidy. Kitchen is to be cleaned and everything put away on each use. I will get a cleaner weekly.
I'd like someone who will make this their home and keep their room tidy, you're welcome to put up pictures etc and change the curtains and window dressing if desired.
There is a train station you can cycle to but you would need your own car as the house is quite remote.
Contract would be on a 3-6 month rolling basis after a trial.
There is a double bed. Two wardrobes. A desk and lounge chair available but if you want your own furniture that's not an issue.
Council tax (band E) water, broadband, heating all included. Reasonable electricity use included - I have a smart meter so this is easy to work out if you're using extra for any reason i. e. charging a car etc.
Cats considered NO OTHER PETS.
I specified there is a shared lounge as there is no option to say you have your own lounge space. You will have a bedroom and a lounge/office space attached to it.
The bathroom is your own but is across from the bedroom.
If you are a couple then rent would increase, open to discussion on this.
