The house is in a quiet rural area, close to A40, 10 minutes from Llandielo, 20 from Carmarthen. There is a local shop and a part time pub within walking distance and it's fifteen minutes drive from the National Botanic Gardens.

Rent includes water, gas, electricity & broadband. Rent negotiable for couples. Possibility of private lounge area for couples.

There is a shared bathroom with an electric shower, a shared kitchen and large lounge/diner. There is also a shed, garage and other storage rooms.

There is also a good sized, enclosed back garden.

I have two friendly dogs who are very quiet and relaxed round the house which have also lived in house-shares and enjoy the extra attention.
