Double bedroom to let in Cross Hands

I am letting out a furnished double bedroom in my 3 bedroom house.

I own the property, however am often away for 2 or 3 nights a week.

The bedroom has recently been refurbished. the walls are all white therefore a blank canvas, with new wood effect laminate flooring and new blinds.

Furniture is also new- a pine bedroom suite. the double bed with memory foam mattress is also brand new.

Shared kitchen and bathroom, there are three receptions rooms therefore tenant may have own living space if required.

I have an enclosed garden and garage for extra storage.

Parking available.

Broadband, phone line and sky tv.

All bills included.

I am looking for a normal easy going housemate, i have a busy social life therefore i am often not at home.
