Room Available

I have a furnished double bedroom available, with shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom and utilities, in a modern two bed house - this is not a student house, but students are welcome! Externally there is a back garden and private parking. The room has a double bed, two bedside tables, built in wardrobe, a dressing table, and a desk with chair. The house is clean and tidy, and in a quiet location on the edge of Lampeter.

I'm self employed so spend a large amount of my time working from home, but can be away for a couple of weeks at a time when undertaking fieldwork. I have two dogs, which are both very friendly and think life is for playing!

I'm pretty laid back and it would be nice to have a house mate that is similar and able to chill out with in the evenings.
