* I maintain the cleaning, maintenance and general running of house and outdoor space and then clear guidelines are in place for lodgers to follow.
*There is a designated area in garage for coats, shoes and a few small items.
*There are locks on bedroom doors for peace of mind your valuables are safe and secure in your absence.
