I’m looking for a lovely housemate or two, from October, though flexible.
A little bit about me: 30, from Pembrokeshire (although new-ish to Fishguard). Social, friendly and respectful and looking for a like minded person or persons to live with. I have spent a long time renovating my home, so looking for a person who will treat it with care and kindness.
The house is Georgian (over 200 years old), and has four bedrooms, a bathroom, two living rooms, a downstairs loo, and a kitchen-diner (with seating for 8 people). As a townhouse, there’s no allocated parking but there’s parking on nearby streets.
The asking price includes water, WiFi and council tax. Electricity is to be split each month between whoever is living in the house (last winter it worked out at around £60 each per month (based on three sharing) as a rough idea.
