Double Room on Smallholding with Parking

Furnished double room, with built in wardrobe, with shared facilities in traditional farmhouse situated on 23 acre smallholding. Quiet & rural, sharing with home owner and 1 black labrador.

Bathroom has shower cubicle, but no bath. I have an en-suite bathroom but do use the shower in the main bathroom at times.

Comfy living room with log-burner and Sky TV. Separate dining area, eat in kitchen, downstairs loo, washing machine & tumble dryer.

Horses kept on site and there is the possibility of stabling/grazing for 1 horse or pony (at additional cost).

Off street parking included as well as potential to rent outbuilding/workshop if required.

I am easy going and at home most of the time (working from home). I am happy to share with male or female, preferably over 40, but open to younger. I have a holiday let onsite (1-bed, no children, but is dog friendly) so someone who can be mindful that guests are on holiday is a must. It tends to attract older, quiet couples.

If required, room can be let unfurnished.
