Huge double room in beautiful historic house

Large furnished double bedroom available in a beautiful character property. Very spacious home with stunning features and private enclosed garden. Shared use of kitchen and lodgers lounge with dining table, seating, TV and use of further reception room. I would like to share with a professional on a longer term basis if possible. My other lodger is a retired civil servant.. I am continuing to refurbish the top floor but would only be doing so periodically and working around my lodgers lifestyles. References are essential so please bear this in mind when responding.
