Double room to let in large family home

Large double furnished room in family home, house sharing with married couple.
Shared bathrooms and kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine.
The house is an old farmhouse, with some quirks, but has a garden, off road parking and bus stops right outside for Tenby and Pembroke.
We would prefer a professional lodger, possibly a contractor, who likes dogs and who is easy going with a sense of humour. We are approximately 20 to 25 mins drive from Valero, LNG and the Power Station. There is potential for an extension to the maximum 2 month tenancy, excluding the Christmas period.
