Room in Pembrokeshire

Howdy! There’s a room available in my place in Pembrokeshire. It’s fully furnished and currently has two twin/single (I’m not sure, see the photos) beds but you can do whatever you like with it. There’s a bit of a garden I’m trying to make into a vegetable patch. The little village of Kilgetty is minutes from Saundersfoot and Tenby, with transport links to Carmarthen, Swansea and beyond. The train runs right next to the house and you can definitely hear it!

I’m a guy in my mid 30s, work locally and enjoy surfing, paddle boarding, aviation, languages, education, politics etc etc. I'd like to live with someone I get on with, obviously. This is a bit of a unique opportunity; I can’t say how long it’s available for but if I move out you might be able to take on the house. Rent currently includes all bills, we’ll figure out internet. Weekly rate for short term stays, rent will be cheaper by the month. I’m open to a couple, pets, kids (I work in education) - just get in touch and we can chat. Diolch!
