Kilgetty has a great a chippy, Indian, Chinese and pizza / kebab as well as several good pubs
Really close to the A477 direct road to Tenby / Pembroke Dock then Haverfordwest. or to Carmarthen (20 mins and Swansea 1 hour going East)
the benefit of being near the coast - beaches at Saundersfoot, Wiseman's Bridge and Amroth all on your doorstep.
House has a bathroom with Bath / Shower above, air source heating, parking and Electric Car charger point.
Garden and patio at the rear and conservatory for year round use.
Lounge / Dining Room and Kitchen all shared. facilities.
Small friendly cockerpoo at the house - who is hypoallergenic and loves a cuddle..
Most weeks I tend to work from home in the office space a couple of days, or around the UK 1-2 days and you would have sole use.
