Newly fitted kitchen and bathroom shared with other house mates.

Washing machine available, fridge/freezer, including cooking facilities,

The house is situated walking distance of town centre. shops, collages, Hospital, universities, restaurants, pubs, clubs and transport.

Includes all bill and including broadband.

A cleaner is also provided weekly for shared areas.
