Detached house on the Welsh coast

Large double room with ensuite, lovely outlook over the hills to Snowdonia with coastal views (on good days). The bedroom has new furniture, rugs, bedside tables, bedside lamps, hanging space and shoe and luggage rack and a large chest of drawers. The room has a bistro table and two chairs plus an additional chair. Furniture can be added or removed as required. Photos are pretty useless. Apologies.

There is a shared well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, sitting room with woodburner TV . There is a utility room with fridge freezer, washing machine and drier. The live in landlord has a separate private sitting room where her whippets usually loll about. The whippets are not allowed upstairs and cannot open the stairgate!

There is plenty of private parking, a garden and patio. Double glazed windows, oil central heating.

Live in landlord respects boundaries and privacy.

Buses every hour Monday to Saturday.
Close to local shops and petrol station.
Beaches within walking distance and the Moody Cow cafe, restaurant, and camping venue.
