Spare room to rent aberystwyth

I have a spacious fully furnished spare room to rent in my house, with a double bed.

I live in LLanbadarn fawr on a nice peacefull estate with a large local shop and off licence. A 24hr laundrette and two pubs!!!

It's a mile exactly to aberystwyth town centre and a mile to the local industrial estate.

There's loads of parking available, a bus stop at the end of the road and just around the corner there's the start of the foot paths which run from town to llangeitho!!

Would suit a quiet easy going professional, but must be used to dogs as i have a four yr old very friendly english bull terrier.
