A furnished double room with private ensuite available in a calm, quiet, owner-occupied home. I am a live-in professional, sharing the property with one adult family member and friendly household pets.
The room is fully furnished and has its own ensuite shower room. There is no separate kitchen; however, a fridge/freezer and basic kitchen items are provided. Shared use of the utility room is available for laundry, including a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
The room has its own access via the side garden door (keys provided). Use of the accommodation is limited to the bedroom, ensuite and utility room, with no access to the main living areas of the house.
Parking is limited and available by agreement.
All bills are included, including council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi and TV licence. I work from home, so this would suit a respectful, quiet individual who is comfortable with a calm daytime environment.
The house is currently on the market, so this room is best suited to someone seeking a short-term or transitional stay. An initial stay of up to 6 months is preferred, with the possibility of continuing on a rolling monthly basis by mutual agreement.
