Double room in character cottage

Hello,

Females and working professionals preferred.

We are offering an unfurnished double room in a grade 11 listed cottage.

I share the cottage with a very happy and lively little person and a cat.

We’re ideally looking for somebody that is laid back, a working professional, self sufficient, and independent .

Our house is friendly and joyful and although I enjoy a bit of a chat we totally respect personal space.

The overall cottage is spacious, quirky and comfortable but is tatty around the edges.

It is set in beautiful mature grounds, with instant access to woodlands, fields and a stream (but also close to a main road).

We are very close to Llandeilo, a lovely old Welsh market town with independent shops and walks in Dinefwr castle .

There are communal cooking, bathroom facilities and a living room. There is an also a dining room (but ideally not a communal room during the day as I use it for home working)

We are a vegetarian household so hopefully this will fit the right person.

We enjoy arts and crafts, cooking, adventures and being outdoors.

*Most bills are included (internet, electric, tv licence, council tax, water) We will need to share wood pellet costs and wood for the wood burning stove.
