Double Room nr Town Centre & Beach

Hi! A double room of a generous size has become available in a friendly semi-detached house on a stunning street in an excellent location.

Our current housemate has been offered a new job in Cardiff and she will unfortunately be leaving us around the 10th of March.

The house has a large lounge, kitchen, and shower room.
The house is half modern half old fashioned.

The room pretty much has its own shower room next to it, since the other rooms both have en-suite.
Room was recently renovated and furnished with Smart TV w Netflix etc, Double Bed, Wardrobe, and Chest of Drawers.

The rent is £380 per month and £120 a month for bills.

Free parking around the back, as well as guest parking at the front.

House is in an excellent location; Town center shops 5-10 minutes away, ASDA Superstore is at the bottom end of the street which is a 10 minute walk, as well as a beach, parks, gyms, leisure centre, and excellent cycle paths all within a 10 minute walk. Prince Phillip Hospital 10 minute drive, Singleton Hospital 20-25 minute drive, and Glangwili 25-30 minute drive.

The people you will be living with is Ceri, a 18 year old laid back friendly gentleman who is an aspiring pro golfer who spends most of his days working and training down the golf club. And myself, 34 year old who’s also laid back, clean, tidy, and respectful, who works in ecommerce.

Our interests/hobbies are football, golf, tennis, Netflix and films, out with friends etc.

We are not a party house by any means. We would like someone to socialise with here and there but also resepects our chill time.

We would like a friendly respectful professional join our household.

The house has has a very homely feel due to location and housemates and we would like to keep it that way.
