Available is my double bedroom which comes fully furnished, with bed and mattress (all bedding included), desk, TV and wardrobes.

The house is located in an excellent part of Llanelli and close to all local amenities. There is ample on-street parking, I also have a garage should you wish to store a bike or other items there..

I live in the house by myself with occasional friends/family visiting. I work in Cardiff for a couple of days per week and also work from home for the remaining days.

This is perfect for a student/worker. I will also consider a couple for an additional £250.00 per month (total rent for a couple would be £750.00 and a deposit of £500 required). Homeworkers are also welcome.

All I ask is that you are clean and tidy and respect the property.

Part of the house is still undergoing some work and decoration, but the main rooms in the house are all completed.

There are 2 sitting rooms and a separate dining room, 1 bathroom which is located downstairs and a kitchen to the rear of the property (some photos are included for your reference). You will have full access to the house.
