* Currently searching for the second and third housemate for the remaining rooms.
We are looking for tidy, respectful, and easy-going professionals who will be a great fit for this new house-share. The goal is to create a peaceful, friendly, and clean home environment.

📝 The Rules & Logistics

To ensure everyone has a great living experience:
* Children/Visitors: Please note that this house-share is not suitable for residents who require children to visit or stay overnight. This is to ensure a compatible living environment for all housemates.
* Strictly non-smokers only.
* Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
* Guests: Occasional overnight guests (like a partner) are fine, provided it is respectful to the other housemates. We're aiming to create a quiet, professional home.

💰 The Details

* Rent: £600 per calendar month
* Bills: All-inclusive (This covers all utility bills and high-speed internet).
* Deposit/Bond: £600, which will be protected.
* Availability: Available immediately.
* Term: The room is available until May 2026. A shorter rental term than this can be discussed.
