Bedroom: Fully furnished as shown in the photographs. A wardrobe can also be included if required.

Shared Bathroom: You will share the modern, well-maintained family bathroom (which includes a shower/bath) with one other housemate on the same floor.

Storage: Plenty of room for your belongings.

The house is a modern, three-storey home. As a flatmate, you'll have full access to all shared areas:

A modern, fully-equipped kitchen

A large, comfortable living and dining area

Parking: Ample, free on-street parking is available right outside (no permits required).

Right on the Llanelli coastal path – perfect for walks, cycling, and running.

🤝 About the Housemates & Compatibility

This is a 3-person professional house-share. We are looking for the final housemate to create a friendly, respectful home:

Housemate 1: A 28-year-old female healthcare professional.

Housemate 2: A 33-year-old male photographer.

You: We are looking for a suitable housemate who is clean, easy-going, and will be a good fit for the house dynamic.

The goal is to create a peaceful, friendly, and clean home environment where everyone feels comfortable.

📝 The Rules & Logistics

To ensure everyone has a great living experience:

Children/Visitors: Please note that this house-share is not suitable for residents who require children to visit or stay overnight. This is to ensure a compatible living environment for all housemates.

Strictly non-smokers only.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Guests: Occasional overnight guests (like a partner) are fine, provided it is respectful to the other housemates.

💰 The Details

Rent: £475 per calendar month

Bills: All-inclusive (Covers utilities and high-speed internet).

Deposit/Bond: £475 (Will be protected)

Availability: Available immediately

Term: We are ideally looking for a housemate who requires a room until at least March 2026. There is no limitation on the final vacation date.
