Looking for a reliable person [can accept a couple] to share our family home, nicely decorated and furnished property, with new boiler and fittings. Double room available on mid floor. All utilities and broadband included. Access to whole mid floor, including spacious TV lounge, dining lounge, large family bathroom with shower and toilet, additional WC room, plus fully stocked modernised kitchen, plus room used as drying room. Off road parking available at rear of property. Central town location, with main road access to front. Suprisingly quiet, large rooms with high ceilings in a grand old house. Council tax band B included in the monthly rental fee. We are an older couple aged around 60, who are professional people and very used to sharing and very flexible. We live in the property on the upper floor, and are often away travelling, so often you will have the house to yourself.
