Large clean bright double room, fully furnished (linen provided) in our clean relaxed home.
This is our home not a HMO, so there is ever only a max of 3 people living here. There are 5 bedrooms but each room has an unoccupied room next to it to ensure privacy and a sense of space. The house is centrally located, one road back from a lovely park in a quiet family orientated road with great quiet neighbours.
Access to shops, gyms, doctors, coastal pathway, parks, beach are all a few walking minutes away.
We do have a quiet clean family dog so you would need to be comfortable with dogs and we would be open to someone with a socialised clean house trained dog to join our home.
There is on street permit parking and free parking at the back of the house, in the lane as there is a large green behind the house.
Fully walled secure garden with deck and seating.
All laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning products included in room rental price.
Kitchen with all mod appliances, cutlery, crockery, washing machine and tumble drier.
Outside hot water shower for dog washing.
