I am looking for a professional female, preferably. I live here sometimes (depending where i am)and occasionally when here my daughter might call when in this area with my grandchildren and that’s why I have a preference to a Female lodger.. Its a peaceful and quiet house. A student would also be welcome. The bedroom in the photo is large with a view up the garden. Bathroom is on same floor as bedroom.
The house is 3 mins from the town centre. There are Public Parks and leisure centre close by. It is a 15 min. walk to the railway staion JUST 10 min. walk to the country and the Llanelli cycle track which is on the wonderful coastal path nearby...the sea being a 15 min walk away.
