Small Single Room

It's a very small and unfurnished room available. Have an arm chair that folds out in to a crude but fairly comfortable bed if needed.
Full access to house, there is a good sized living room which isn't used much and a same sized room next to, currently used as a games room. (Computers)
Plenty of kitchen space, space can be put aside for applicant.
Must be trustworthy person, any misgivings will mean immediate eviction.
We are both very easy going guys and are preferably looking for someone with similar interests that we can get on well with.
Full privacy will be given. Unfortunately pets aren't permitted.
