Room mate needed to save money to move to Swansea

I have a 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat unfurnished, basically a stones throw from the Thomas arms, basically I moved here 6 months ago with my mate promising he'd move too... It never happened so iv been stuck struggling with the costs, as I havnt really chosen a bedroom yet choice would be yours. Gas heating and fire, hard wood flooring in the living room, nice red carpet in the halls. Each room very very spacious. Communal garden.
