The house has three floors, three bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a large living and dining area, a garden, and parking.

We’re right on the Llanelli coastal path, perfect for walks, cycling, or just relaxing on the beach. Machynys golf club is also a short walk away.

£500 pcm includes all bills and internet. The room is fully furnished and available immediately.

I'm a friendly, easy-going professional looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate on a similar wavelength.

Two month minimum stay preferred and the room is available for the foreseeable.
