I have a double room becoming available in February in a lovely and spacious 2 bedroom cottage, 10 minute drive from Aberystwyth (there is also an hourly bus, and station is right across the driveway).

It is in a quaint location, just by a forest and a stream. Also, 5 min walk to Ystwyth Trail. Ideal for nature lovers.

There is oil heating and last year's cost was just under £400.

Rent is £336 per month including internet and water.

Council Tax Band C
I am a student and thus exempt. If you are not a student, you will have to cover that cost and for single occupancy, there will be a 25% discount.
