Cottage lodgings

Looking for interest in an interesting opportunity in a lovely traditional cottage next to a woodland.
Looking for a chill, communicative person to share my home from summer '26 onwards for up to 4 years.

Great acoustics would suit musician, nice cosy wood burner, on one level apart from the washing machine (in attic).

Bed small double - may not suit all heights, hanging clothes storage and chests of drawers

Kitchen equipped with air fryer, bread maker, microwave oven, hobs, as well as additional cooking via fire based oven.

Garden - nice BBQ spot great for parties :) just give me a heads up if I'm in.

Aspects up to negotiation - couples*, additional pets**, redecoration*** - the most important thing is communication; I want my home to be live in, loved and enjoyed.

* May influence council tax
** Up for pet meeting on viewing - Eddie the cat is okay with some dogs
*** If you want to totally redecoration, that's grand - just let me know :) I know the very pink bedroom might not be to everyone's taste

During term time you will be free to enjoy the whole place. I will return (with plenty of notice) outside of term time, there will be a cat in residence, some of the time. Will do monthly check-ins whilst I am away, to be proactive about problems, I will sort them quickly.

If you are interested in anyway please let me know, many things like garden use is very up to negotiation. (If you don't want to I will do it in summer, equally if you'd like to grow veggies /whatever equally fine)
