Studio with En-suite and Kitchenette

The studio is self-contained with its own wetroom with a toilet, wash basin and walk-in shower, a kitchenette which includes a kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and double hot plate with basic cutlery and crockery. It is furnished with a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside drawers, a chest of drawers and table and chairs. My family and I live in the attached house, which has a separate entrance. There will be no access to our house or garden. There is a parking available. Household bills for internet, heating oil, electric, water and council tax are included.
