Hi! I’m looking for a clean, respectful housemate to share my home. I work full-time and keep things tidy and relaxed. The room available is a bright and comfortable double, fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers – ready for you to move in.

You’ll have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, south facing garden and living area, plus superfast WiFi. All bills are included in the rent, so no extra costs to worry about.

The house is in a fantastic location – just a 5-minute walk from supermarkets, the train station, bus station, and the Marina.

I also live with my two large dogs – they’re friendly and part of the home.
