Hi I’m Ellie, living in Pembrokeshire. Known for the most beautiful beaches and sightseeing!

I’m looking to rent out 2 rooms. One double room and one king room

The whole house has been recently furnished with modern accessories.

The house contains a shared bathroom (shower/bath) kitchen, living room, dining room and garden. In an open space plan.

Kitchen is fitted with kettle, toaster, a Samsung smart fridge freezer, oven, hobs, washing machine and dryer.

Living room is fitted with sofa and smart 50 inch TV. The Dining room is fitted with big dining table and sideboard.
The house has Parking outside on the street, unfortunately not off the road parking however we haven’t had a problem with getting a space as the street is fairly quiet.

Nearby the property is a football pitch (perfect for running if interested) 2 corner shops, a fish and chips and a couple of other takeaway places. Within a 5 minute walk you can also get to a lidls, petrel station, a couple of pubs and a leisure centre/gym. There is also Milford marina which in walking distance. Here you can find a retail park, many bars, Costa, little shops, hair dressers and local produce.

Milford is very up and coming and can suite lots of different lifestyles. Whether you need a relaxing break walking across the beach and taking in the natural beauty’s of Pembrokeshire or whether you are looking for a time filled with activities and social interactions.

The neighbours are quiet

We are open to offers if anything here doesn’t suite.

We are looking for clean, friendly people who will respect the property.

The property will be cleaned every month to keep up cleaning standards and make the property nice to live in. This comes with an additional £20 fee a month.

The garden is currently being renovated so not ready yet.
