i am looking for a flatmate who does not smoke, either works or are a full time student. i do not smoke so looking for someone who does not smoke. my working hours are 0900 to 1700 and i am not there most of the time as busy lifestyle.
the accommodation will be fully furnished through out. quiet area and easy parking. will have full alarm system installed into building.
there is internet access on the building as well.
prefer long term tenants but don't mind short term either
