Fully furnished double room in my home

Light, bright, fully furnished, ground floor double room to let in my home. All bills included. Comfy double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cupboard, sideboard and comfy chair.
Shared bathroom with plenty of hot water. 2 cupboards, a fridge shelf and freezer drawer for your use in the kitchen. Living room with wood burner and comfy sofa - no t. v. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Well equipped kitchen if you like to cook. Sunny garden and patio area with furniture. Off road parking.
The wood burner is lit all winter so the house is cosy, and it’s perfect for drying wet boots and coats, but there’s also central heating for the worst weather.
There’s decent WiFi - I work at home.
You’d have to be happy sharing with my little dog, a few chickens in the garden and the odd orphan lamb in the spring. My grown up children come home for the odd weekend and at Christmas.
Would suit a quiet, working, outdoor type person. You could bring your own dog provided he/she got along with mine. I can make space in the shed for a bike or other outdoor equipment.
The day starts early here so it may not suit if you like peace to lie in in the mornings and you must be happy to share the sofa with my dog.
Convenient (by car) for Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul, Aberaeron and Carmarthen and only 15-20 mins drive to the coast at Aberporth/Tresaith/Penbryn.
My current lodger has been here for 4 years and is leaving at the end of January. Viewings possible before she leaves.
