Room available in family home beside the sea!

Myself and my daughter are saying goodbye to our wonderful housemates in October and are beginning the search for the next people/person to join us.
We live in a 3 bed semi detached house in the gorgeous seaside town of Newport in Pembrokeshire. (don't confuse this with the city of the same name.)
We are looking for someone who wants to live intentionally together while also being independent and enjoying space. Someone who enjoys to cook meals together and do the garden, and other communal activities from time to time. Someone who is tidy and respectful but also wants to create a communal home.
My daughter is with her dad often on weekends so it changes between being a family home and one that is a bit more relaxed. We are up on weekdays for school which can be quite early so someone who is able to fit in with our routine is essential.
The spare room is downstairs while me and my daughter have our bedrooms upstairs so this does make things a little more separate.
It is a large double room that is light and airy.
We love plants and being creative and making and eating nice food.
Trying to give a good idea of the kind of mad house you'd be joining is hard on here. We like to dance round the kitchen, build dens, fires in the garden.
We want some one who would like to join us in this way of life, not just someone who needs a place to live, someone who is deciding to live with others because they enjoy communal living.
