Double room in large Victorian house

We have a double room to let in an end of terrace Victorian house. The room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if required. The house was completely refurbished three years ago and is still in good decorative order. There is an attractive fitted kitchen that overlooks the rear garden and a large lounge with an entrance porch/cloakroom to the front of the property. The shared bathroom is situated on the first floor close to the bedroom and has a separate shower and bath. There is a separate toilet. The rear garden has a shed and off road parking at the front of the property. The current lodgers have a shared room on the third floor. They have three well behaved cats and two hens.
We are looking for a lodger who is currently in employment.
