Rent £395 per calendar month, tenant will be responsible for payment of own bills.

Your deposit will be registered and protected with TDS and an approved Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement will be provided. I am a Licensed Landlord with Rent Smart Wales so my Tenants have this reassurance of good practice re deposits etc.

Copies of annual Gas Safety Certificate and statutory renting information will be provided to the Tenant.
