NOW TAKEN - Furnished double room available with plenty of storage in semi detached house in quiet part of Pembroke. Bed includes comfortable double simba mattress. Room also contains built-in wardrobe as well as indepent wardrobe and set of drawers. Ideal for students / work placements.

AVAILABLE - Box Room has comfortable 3/4 double mattress, and built-in storage and also has plenty of under bed storage under a custom frame. Box Room is more ideal for students and interns for shorter term lets.

The house has a cosy shared living room, and generous sized kitchen - lodger(s) will have their own fridge feezer (shared with other lodger, if any) and cupboard space with plenty of storage. There is a conservatory which is used as a gym / drying room. There are two bathrooms in the house, though the 2nd is mainly used as a WC.

House is 5 minutes walk from Pembroke main st and 2 minutes walk from bus top. Leisure centre is also within walking distance.

The house has a wide drive, and can offer parking for lodger if required. Tesco, Co-op Aldi, Lidl and Asda are all less than a 10 minute drive away if not much less.

Bills are included in rent, as well as fibre power broadband which is generally 45-85mb speed.
