Searching for Lodger in Penparcau, Aberystwyth

I am a homeowner of a 3 bedroom house looking for a lodger to occupy the third bedrooms.

Rent is £400 a month, although this is negotiable depending on how willing you are to partake in the cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas!

The rent includes all bills and super fast broadband. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Th bathroom contains a bath, shower, heated towel rail and heated mirror.

I live with 2 dogs and have numerous tanks of various tropical fish and insects (no spiders!!), so someone who appreciates animals would be required.

I am a 34 year old male who works from home, but I do travel a lot. I currently have another lodger who is a 27 year old female.

Finding someone who we will get along with is much more important to me than getting someone in quickly, so I would be willing to hold the room for the right person.

Could you please write a little about yourself when making any enquiries. One sentence enquiries will be ignored as this is my home and I’d like to know a little about someone before inviting them into my house!
