Basement room with a double bed available

Hi

I have a basement room, which has carpet in it. It has a lock and key for your own use. It has a little foyer with a table and chairs, there is a toilet which you have to go outside and then back into the utility room to access. There is a shared bath, shower and toilet facility upstairs. I have children, so ideally someone with a DBS check please. I do own one male cat who is friendly, in case you may have any allergies. No animals because he only like people unfortunately sorry.

Council tax band D, I have broadband with Sky unlimited but worth getting a booster. I do have cameras outside all exits of the house.

It needs tidying up a little but moveable into immediately. Shared kitchen upstairs, although it has been used downstairs with a kettle, air fryer and a bowl to do all washing and food etc downstairs, which is fine with me.

Anything need to know please let me know. Reliable and reasonable tidy person please.

There is a nice size garden with a patio area to sit at too.
